There’s this long-standing myth that men need to eat meat to be manly, rooted in the image of our ancestors hunting mammoths, dragging them back to the cave, and proving their worth through sheer brute strength. But, let’s be real—driving to Woolworths and tossing sosaties into your trolley doesn’t exactly scream caveman warrior, does it?

 

A plant-based lifestyle might just be the modern man’s secret weapon. Here’s why: your body, including your sexual health, runs on blood flow – better blood flow means better performance, not only in the gym or at work but also in the bedroom!

Studies have shown that a plant-based diet is linked to improved heart health, which translates into enhanced sexual performance and libido.
