There is so much often-conflicting information out there that the whole process can feel rather daunting. That’s why I’m here. I’m going on the journey with you, guiding you in making real, sustainable changes that fit seamlessly into your life. I will help you navigate the shopping aisles and the “what the fudge is nooch” moments. Whether you're diving all-in, just want to sprinkle in some veggie-packed meals during your week, or need tips to get your kids eating more greens, I’m here to help!​

With years of experience as a Pilates instructor, I can also help you create an exercise plan that complements your diet, whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or just overall fitness.

Note that as a certified life and health coach, I’m not a dietitian or nutritionist. If you have specific health concerns, I’ll connect you with an expert. My aim is to help you make realistic, lasting changes without taking the fun out of your food.

Hi, I'm Leoni! My plant-based journey began unexpectedly in 2017 when I ordered my favorite meal—a fillet steak—but couldn't bring myself to eat it. I sat in the restaurant, staring at the meat, completely confused as to why my body was suddenly revolting against something I had always loved. I was a true meat-lover, enjoying it with every single meal. To this day, I’m not entirely sure what happened in that moment, but it sparked a gradual transition…

As a wife and mom to two amazing kids, this shift was a bit nerve-wracking. Not only was I faced with social backlash and pushback from family and friends, but I was also constantly wondering if my kids were getting all the nutrients they needed. Through trial, lots of error, and perseverance, I eventually found the balance, ensuring not only that our family’s nutritional needs are met, but also making delicious "Can I have some more, Mom?" meals.
